İlk Doz Seftriakson Kullanımı Sonrası Anafilaktik Şok Gelişimi

Abstract

Son yıllarda sefalosporin grubu ilaçların yaygın kullanımı ve buna bağlı artan alerjik reaksiyonlar endişe uyandır- maktadır. Sefalosporin sonrası ölümcül anafilaksi oldukça ender görülmektedir 1: 100 000 . Bu makalede daha önce- sinde tamamen sağlıklı olan, hiç seftriakson kullanmamış, 8 yaş erkek hastada ilk doz seftriakson uygulamasıyla ana- filaktik şok gelişmesi sunulmuştur. Amacımız seftriakson gibi sefalosporin grubu ilaçların ilk doz uygulanmasında dahi anafilaktik şok gelişebileceği hatırlatmak ve bu nedenle endikasyon dışında kullanılmaması gerektiği vur- gulanmaktır

Development of Anaphylactic Shock After First Exposure to Ceftriaxone

Abstract

In recent years there are threatening reports about allergic reactions and frequent usage of cephalosporins Fatal anaphylaxis after first exposure to cephalosporin is very rare 1: 100 000 . Herein, we report development of anaph- ylaxis after the first intravenous injection of ceftriaxone in a 8 year- old- male patient who was healthy and did not use ceftriaxone before. We reported this case in order to warm clinicians against the possible risk of anaphylaxis even after the first dose of ceftriaxone and to avoid admi- nistration of the drug without indication
