Doğumsal Dev Boyun Lenfanjiomunda Bleomisin Tedavisinin Etkinliği: Vaka Sunumu

Abstract

Lenfanjiom yenidoğan döneminde baş ve boyun bölgesinin en sık görülen konjenital kistik malformasyonlarındandır. Nörovasküler yapıların infiltre olduğu durumda eksizyonu zor ve nüks oranı oldukça yüksektir. Bu durumda en yaygın olan alternatif tedavi yöntemi intralezyonel sklerozan madde enjeksiyonudur. Bu makalede yenidoğan döneminde cerrahi eksizyon sonrası nüks eden konjenital dev boyun lenfanjiomunda, tek doz intralezyonel bleomisin uygulama- sının etkinliği literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışıldı

Effectiveness of Bleomycin Therapy for Congenital Giant Cervical Lymphangioma: A Case Report

Abstract

Lymphangioma is one of the most common congenital cystic malformation of the head and neck region in the neonatal period. In situations where neurovascular struc- tures are infiltrated, the excision of the lesion is difficult and recurrence rate is high. In that case, the most common alternative treatment is intralesional injection of sclerosing agents. In this case report, the effectiveness of a single dose intralesional bleomycin for therapy of the congenital cervi- cal lymphangioma which recurred after surgical excision has been discussed together with the relevant literature
