Abstract

Ektodermal displaziler ektodermal orijinli dokuları etkileyen bozukluklardır. Hipohidrotik Ektodermal Displazi HED X’e bağlı resesif geçiş gösteren, ender görülen herediter bir hastalıktır. Vakalarda ter bezlerinin kısmi veya tam kaybı, dental anomaliler ve hipotrikozla birlikte tipik bir yüz görünümü mevcuttur. Gastroözofageal Reflü GÖR gastrik içeriğin özofagus içine hareketidir. GÖR, semptomatik olur, yaşam kalitesini etkiler ve morbiditeye neden olursa Gastroözofageal Reflü Hastalığı GÖRH olarak tanımlanır. Bu vaka HED olan hastalarda GÖRH’nın gözardı edilmemesi için sunulmuştur.

Abstract

Ectodermal dysplasias are developmental disorders affecting tissues of ectodermal origin. Hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia is a rare hereditary disease that has an X-linked recessive mode of inheritance. It is characterized by partial and complete abscence of sweat glands, dental anomalies, hypotrichosis and typical facial appearence. Gastroesophageal reflux GER is the backflow of gastric contents into the esophagus. is named If GER becomes symptomatic, affecting quality of life, and results in morbidity, it is termed as gastroesophageal reflux disease. This case was presented to emphasize that GERD should not be overlooked in patients with HED.
