Abstract
Üriner sistem taş hastalığı sık görülen üriner sistem hastalıklarındandır ve çocuklarda prevelansı giderek artmaktadır. Çocuklarda üriner sistem taş hastalığının önemli bir özelliği de taşa zemin olan metabolik ve anatomik özelliklerin var olmasıdır. Altta yatan nedene yönelik tedavi uygulanması bu hastalığa bağlı morbiditeyi azaltmada önem taşımaktadır. Bu makalede çocuklarda üriner sistem taş hastalığının özellikleri, tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımları değerlendirilmiştir

Approach to Urinary Stone Disease in Children

Abstract
Urolithiasis is one of the most common urinary tract disorders in childhood and the prevalance of the disease increases in last decade. An important feature of childhood urolithiasis is presence of the underlying cause of methabolic and anatomic disorders. Interventions of the underlying causes are reduces morbidity due to this disease. Characteristics of urolitiasis in children, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic approaches were evaluated in this report.
