Abstract

Bilimsel araştırma sonuçlarına göre yaşamın ilk yılların- daki en sağlıklı beslenme biçimi “ilk altı ay tek başına anne sütü ile beslenme ve 6. ayda uygun tamamlayıcı besinlere başlanarak emzirmenin en az iki yaşına kadar sürdürülme- si” olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu makalenin amacı bilimsel veriler eşliğinde tamamlayıcı beslenme konusundaki son gelişmeleri değerlendirip tartışmaktır

Complementary Feeding

Abstract

According to the scientific research the healthiest nutrient within the first year of life is accepted to be the mother milk alone for the first six months and mother milk in addition to complementary feeding up to the second year. This article is meant to elaborate on complementary fee- ding as well as evaluating the latest scientific findings
