Abstract

Wolff-Parkinson-White WPW sendromu, kısa P-R send- romu olarak da bilinen, elektriksel iletinin aynı anda atri- yoventriküler düğüm ve aksesuar yollar üzerinden taşın- masına bağlı ortaya çıkan bir ventriküler pre-eksitasyon sendromudur. Burada yenidoğan döneminde farklı klinik sunumlar ile başvuran ve WPW sendromu tanısı konulan iki yenidoğan vakası konunun önemine dikkat çekmek ama- cıyla sunuldu

Abstract

Wolff-Parkinson-White WPW syndrome, also kullanıla- nown as short P-R syndrome, is a ventricular pre-excitation syndrome that resulted from simultaneous conduction of electrical activity via atrioventricular node and accessory pathways. Herein, we report two cases with diagnoses of neonatal WPW syndrome presenting with diverse manifes- tations in order to emphasize the importance of the mat- ter
