Abstract

Abstract

Today, depending on the increasing globalization and constantly differentiating environmental conditions, businesses constantly and systematically need to renew themselves and the innovation processes has to be processed in order to fullfill ever-differentiating customer requests and desires in the ever-increasing global competitive environment. Along with meeting customer expectations, businesses also need to renew their business processes, thus reducing the costs and losses in business processes at the maximum level, and maximizing income, profit and benefits as much as possible.
This study concentrates on four main sections; the first one, general descriptive info regarding the purpose of the study is given. The second part of the study includes the systematic innovation approach, innovation and its types, creative problem-solving theory (TRIZ) are defined by making use of literature research. In the third section, a process description of how to apply the theory of creative problem solving is implemented to form a better business process in finance, marketing, transportation service processes and HR and similar areas in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the business in a logistics company, and the processes are defined. In the fourth section, the data obtained as a result of the sample study are listed as a summary, comments are made about the findings. In the result section; the benefits of the application are shown. In addition, it is a development and innovation-oriented study based on the basic principles of TRIZ theory, based on observation and measurement, in order to achieve a more profitable and efficient business process by using of potential and existing seeds of the sample enterprise.
The field of gradual and longterm process of innovation has a wide letterure and several researchers have endeavors in and around this ambit. Yet, the studies have not been enough in the mentioned literature on what kind of results the systematic innovation approach will cause if applied in business processes. With this study, the positive results of the systematic innovation approach in business processes have been examined, and the intangible and tangible gains obtained from the renewal and improvement of business processes have been revealed.
