Öğrencilerin Beden Eğitimine Yönelik Tutumları ile Okula Aidiyetleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerinin beden eğitimi ve spor derslerine yönelik tutumları, okula aidiyet duyguları ve yaşadıkları bölge arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, 490'ı kız, 612’si erkek öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 1102 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Elde edilen verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Buna göre basit doğrusal regresyon, ANOVA ve Tukey analizlerinin yapılmasına karar verilmiştir. Ulaşılan bulgular neticesinde; beden eğitimi ve spor derslerine yönelik tutum ile okula aidiyet duygusu ilişkisinin orta seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05, r=0,425). Yapılan basit doğrusal regresyon analizinde beden eğitimi ve spor derslerine yönelik tutumun okula aidiyet duygusunu %18 oranında açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır (p<0,05, R=18,1). Beden eğitimi ve spor dersine yönelik tutum ile yaşanılan yer ilişkisi istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak, beden eğitimi ve spor dersinin okula aidiyeti %18 oranında açıkladığı, beden eğitimi ve spor dersi tutumlarının yaşanılan bölgelere göre Gürcistan/Batum (x:3.98) bölgesi lehine farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir (p<0.05).

Examining the Relationship between Students' Attitudes toward Physical Education and their Belonging to School

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the attitudes of secondary and high school students toward physical education correlate with their sense of belonging to both their school and their local community. This research sample comprised 1,102 students, with 490 being female and 612 being male. It was determined that the data obtained showed a normal distribution. Thus, it was decided to conduct simple linear regression, ANOVA and Tukey analyses. A moderate correlation was detected between the attitude toward physical education and the sense of belonging to the school (p<0.05, r=0.425). In the simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that the attitude toward physical education explained the sense of belonging to the school by 18% (p < 0.05, R = 18.1). A statistically significant difference was found between the attitude toward physical education and sports lessons and the place of residence (p<0.05). In conclusion, physical education and sports course explained school belonging by 18% and that physical education and sports course attitudes differed according to the regions of residence in favor of the Georgia/Batumi (x:3.98) region (p<0.05).
