Traumatic dissection of aorta is a rare, high mortality clinical condition. In this case presentation, traumatic dissection aorta case diagnosed by lung x-ray due to suspect from tracheal shift, whose thoracic examination was normal and who was presented due to traffic accident was discussed

TRAUMATIC DISSECTION OF AORTA: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Mortalitesi oldukça yüksek olan travmatik aort diseksiyonu nadir görülen bir klinik durumdur. Bu vaka sunumunda, trafik kazası ile gelen, toraks fizik muayenesi normal olup sadece akciğer grafisindeki trakea şiftinden şüphelenerek tanı koyduğumuz travmatik aort diseksiyonu olgusu tartışılmıştır
