Abstract

Vücut ağırlığının taşınmasında önemli rolü olan ayak bileğinin bu
kompleks fonksiyonlarının yerine getirmesinde karmaşık yapısı önemli
rol oynar. Bu olgu sunumunda 35 yaşında ıslak zeminde kayma sonucu
ayak bileğinde burkulma şikayeti ile acil servise başvuran erkek olguda
tespit edilen kapalı tibiotalar eklem anterior dislokasyonu ile birlikte
sindesmoz ayrışması birlikteliği tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Ankle has an important role to carry body weight and its complicated structure plays a significant role to perform this complex action. In this case report we presented a 35 year old male patient admitted to the ED due to fall down on the wet floor and we discussed the association of a closed anterior tibiotalar joint dislocation and separation of syndesmosis
