Akut Miyokard Enfarktüslü Genç Bayan Hastada Oral Kontraseptif Kullanımı ve Faktör V Leiden Mutasyonunun Birlikteliği

Abstract

Oral kontraseptif ilaçlar ile kardiyovasküler ve hemostatik sistem arasında etkileşim olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda kombine oral kontraseptif ilaç alan, göğüs ağrısı ile acil servise başvuran ve akut yaygın anterior miyokard enfarktüsü tanısı konan 29 yaşında genç bir hasta tartışılmıştır.

Acute Myocardial Infarction in a Young Female Patient Using Oral Contraceptives Possessing a Factor V Leiden Mutation

Abstract

It is known that there is an interaction between oral contraceptive pills and the cardiovascular-hemostatic system. In this case report, we discuss a 29-year-old female patient, who had been taking oral contraceptive drugs, who was admitted to the emergency department with chest pain.
