Karboksihemoglobin %65 Hasta Yaşar mı? Peki ya Sekel?
Abstract
Karbon monoksit dünyada ölümle sonuçlanan zehirlenmelerin
yaklaşık yarısını oluşturmaktadır. Hücresel düzeyde toksisiteye neden olması ve oksijenin dokulara salınımını engellemesi zehirlenme etkilerini ortaya çıkarır. Karboksihemoglobin (COHb) düzeyi
ile klinik yansıma arasında literatürde net bilgi bulunmamaktadır.
Ancak düzeyin artışı mortalite ve morbidite için riski arttırmaktadır. Bu yazıda acil servise geliş COHb düzeyi %65 olan bir olgunun
takip süreci ile bu konuyu tekrar gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.
