Dışkaynak Tamir, Kayıp Satış ve Rassal Makine Kullanılmama Süresi Varsayımları Altında İki Aşamalı Tedarik Zinciri Modeli

Abstract

Günümüz küresel rekabet ortamında üreticiler ile endüstriyel alıcılar arasındaki işbirliğinin artması ve müşteri taleplerinin sürekli değişkenlik göstermesi tedarik zinciri stok yönetimi kavramının önemini giderek artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tek bir üretici ve tek bir alıcıdan oluşan iki aşamalı tedarik zinciri modeli geliştirilmektedir. Tek cins ürün için verilen sipariş miktarı, herbir üretim çevrim süresi içinde eşit parti hacimli sevkiyatlar ile alıcıya teslim edilmektedir. Üretim sırasında kusurlu ürünlerin üretilmesi, kusurlu ürünlerin tamir edilebilir özellikte olması, tamir işleminin dışkaynak kullanılarak yapılması, makine arızalanması, bakım ve yeterli hammadde bulundurmama durumlarından dolayı üretimin gecikmesi temel varsayımlardandır. Alıcı için kusurlu ürünlerin tamir maliyeti ve kayıp satışlar maliyeti ortaya çıkmaktadır. Makine kullanılmama süresi rassal bir değişkendir ve sürekli tekdüze ve üstel dağılıma uymaktadır. Üretici ve alıcı için toplam maliyet fonksiyonları elde edilmiş ve daha sonra bütünleşik toplam maliyet fonksiyonu türetilmiştir. Bütünleşik toplam maliyet fonksiyonunu minimum yapan optimum sipariş miktarı ve sevkiyat sayısı, önerilen bir algoritma ile belirlenmiştir. Sayısal örnek ile modelin geçerliliği gösterilmiştir ve bazı model parametrelerinin optimal çözüm üzerindeki etkisi duyarlılık analizi ile incelenmiştir.
