The aim of this study, Sports Science Faculty academics serving in the level of communication skills assessment to reveal the type and level of impact on the organization's culture is to determine the relationship between them. The research is designed to scan the relational model. In data analysis software package SPSS-25 was used and significance level of p <0.05 was taken. Also, simple linear regression analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, independent samples (Independent-Samples) t-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA (one-way analysis of variance) was used.
