Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yongalevhalarda çizilme direnci, aşınma direnci, sigara
ateşine ve lekelenmeye karşı dayanıklılığa yüzey kaplama malzemelerinin
etkisi araştırılmıştır. Yongalevha yüzey kaplaması olarak melamin
emprenyeli kağıt (MIP), poliüretan bazlı vernik (PV), poliüretan bazlı lake
boya (LP), sürekli pres laminatı (CPL), yüksek basınç laminatı (HPL) ve
polivinilklorür kaplama (PVC) kullanılmıştır. Sürekli pres laminatı ve
yüksek basınç laminatları hem sigara ateşine ve lekelenmeye karşı dayanıldı
hem de en yüksek çizilme ve aşınma direncine sahiptir.
