Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir seri önceden sentezleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve in vitro ortamda gram-pozitif bakteri Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923’e karşı antimikrobiyal etkileri belirlenmiş, bazı 5sübstitüebenzamido- ve 5-sübstitüefenilasetamido-2-(p-sübstitüebenzil)benzoksazol türevlerine Hansch analiz metodu kullanılarak Kantitatif Yapı-Etki İlişkileri(QSAR) analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir

Abstract

In this research, the Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships (QSAR) analysis of a set of previously synthesized 5-substitutedbenzamido- and 5-substitutedphenylacetamido-2-(psubstitutedbenzyl)benzoxazle derivatives, which were tested in vitro for their antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, was performed by using Hansch analysis method
