İN VİTRO ŞARTLARDA N- NİTROZOPROLİDİN'İN TAVŞAN KARACİĞER VE BÖBREK GLUTATYON -S- TRANSFERAZ AKTİVİTESİNE ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Çalışmada tavşan karaciğerinden ve böbreklerinden izole edilen Glutatyon-S- Transferaz'ın kanserojen etkili bir madde olan N-nitrozoprolidin ile etkileşimi incelendi. Glutatyon -S-Transferaz enzimi in vitro şartlarda değişik dozlarda N-nitrozoprolidin ile muamele edilerek, reaksiyonları gözlendi. Bulgular 1 kloro 2 ,4 dinitro benzen (KDNB) substrat olarak kullanıldığında bulunan aktivite ile karşılaştırıldı. Regresyon ve korelasyon analizi yapıldı. Sonuçlar spesifik aktivite olarak verildi

Abstract

We analyzed the interaction of glutation- S- transferase, which is isolated from the liver and kidney of rabbits with N-nitrosopyrollidine which is an effective carsinojenic. Glutathione-S-transferase enzymes were treated with N-nitrosopyrollidine in vitro conditions at various doses, and the reactions were recorded. The activities observed were compared with that of the activity observed in the presence of 1 chloro 2, 4 dinitrobenzen as a substrate and a regression analysis was performed to investigate the correlation. The result were expressed as spesific activities
