Abstract

Bu konuda yapılan yapılan çalışmaların incelenmesinden sonra,
1) Uygun solvan sistemi olarak Kloroform: Etil asetat: Asetik
asit (70:40:0.5) ve Benzen: Aseton: Etanolamin (100:35:1) kullan ı larak
15 benzodiazepin'in tek yönlü ince tabaka kromatografisi ile
ayırımı gerçekleştirildi.
2) Yukarıdaki iki solvan sistemine ilaveten üçüncü bir solvan
sistemi olarak Siklohekzan: Etil asetat: Metanol (60:40:4,5) kullanmak
suretiyle çift yönlü ince tabaka kromatografisi yoluyla 18
benzodiazepin'in ayırımı sağlandı.
3) incelenen türevlerin tan ımı amacıyla 15 revelatör denendi,
en uygun revelatörlerin Dragendorff ve İodoplatinat reaktifleri olduğu
'anlaşıldı. Ayrıca teşhiste ultraviyole ışığından da yararlamlabileceği
ortaya kondu.

Abstract

Apr6 un rappel des travaux antffieurs nous avons realise la
sparation
1) de 15 benzodiazpines par chromatographie en couche
mince monodimensionelle grâce â l'utilisation de deux solvants
Chloroforme: Ethyl acetate: Acide ac&ique 70:40:0.5
Benzne : Acetone: Ethanolamine 100:35:1
2) de 18 benzodiazpines par chromatographie en couche mince
bidimensionelle grace aux deux solvants &ja cit6 et â un
troisieme solvant
Cyclohexane : Ethyl acetate: Methanol 60:40:4,5
Nous avons ensuite teste quinze r6 ıd.ateurs susceptibles de
permettre l'identification des derives &tudis. Les 1.a.ctifs iodoplatinique
et de Dragendorff, en dehors de la lumire ultra - violette,
semblent les meilleurs.
