Onsekiz, 1-4 Benzo (e) Diazepin'in İ nce Tabaka Kromatografisi İ le Ayrılmaları ve Teşhisleri

Abstract

Bu konuda yapılan yapılan çalışmaların incelenmesinden sonra, 1) Uygun solvan sistemi olarak Kloroform: Etil asetat: Asetik asit (70:40:0.5) ve Benzen: Aseton: Etanolamin (100:35:1) kullan ı larak 15 benzodiazepin'in tek yönlü ince tabaka kromatografisi ile ayırımı gerçekleştirildi. 2) Yukarıdaki iki solvan sistemine ilaveten üçüncü bir solvan sistemi olarak Siklohekzan: Etil asetat: Metanol (60:40:4,5) kullanmak suretiyle çift yönlü ince tabaka kromatografisi yoluyla 18 benzodiazepin'in ayırımı sağlandı. 3) incelenen türevlerin tan ımı amacıyla 15 revelatör denendi, en uygun revelatörlerin Dragendorff ve İodoplatinat reaktifleri olduğu 'anlaşıldı. Ayrıca teşhiste ultraviyole ışığından da yararlamlabileceği ortaya kondu.
