Abstract

Ülkemizde plastik mutfak eşyası kullanımının halk sağlığı açısından değerlendirilmesi için ev hanımları (n:400) üzerinde bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre plastik mutfak eşyası kullanımının ç o k y a y g ı n (% 95) olduğu, sağlık açısından, doğru kullanım şekillerinin eğitim düzeyi ile paralel olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmamızda ayrıca mutfak eşyası olarak kullanılan plastiklerin ağır metal ve b o y a r m a d d e salınımı standard yöntemlerle kontrol edilmiştir. Özellikle markasız ve etiketsiz olarak satılan plastik kapların b o y a saldığı, ancak metal salınımının müsaade edilen limit altında olduğu saptanmıştır. level. Scope and Aim

The Journal of Faculty of Pharmacy of Ankara University is an international medium, an open access, peer-reviewed journal for the publication of original research reports, reviews and short communications in English or Turkish on relevant developments in pharmaceutical sciences., Proceeding of scientific meetings may be published as special issues of supplements to the journal.
