Abstract

Bu çalışmada Adonis annua L. bitkisinin taşıdığı kimyasal bileşikler izole edilmiş ve yapıları aydınlatılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucu bitkinin petrol eteri ekstresinden
3(n-trikosan, n-pentakosan ve sitosterol), dietileter ekstresinden 2 ( sitosterol ve yapısı açıklanamayan bir bileşik) ve %8o metanol ekstresinden 3 (adonitol, adonivernit ve orientin) bileşik izole edilmiştir. Bu bileşiklerin tanımlanmaları için kimyasal yöntemlerin yanısıra
spektral yöntemler de kullanılmıştır. Tüm bileşikler ince tabaka kromatografisinde verdikleri Rf değerleri ile tanımlandıktan sonra standart bileşikler ile karışım kromatografisi,
karışım ergime noktası tayin edilerek ve IR, UV, NMR ve Kütle spektrumlarının yardımıyla teşhis edilmişlerdir. Kardiyoaktif heterozitlerin varlığı ise ancak kromatografik yöntemler
ile görülmüş, bu bileşiklerin arı halde eldeleri için yapılan çalışmalar
ise başarılı olmamıştır. Bitkinin taşıdığı kardiyoaktif heterozitlerin miktarlarının saptanması
glukoz üzerinden polarimetrik yöntemle yapıldı. Bu miktar tayini sonunda kardiyoaktif heterozit muhtevası % 0.2 bulundu.

Isolation of Active Ingredients from Adonis annua L. and Chemical Research Thereon

Abstract

In this research, the active ingredients of Adonis annua L. have been isolated and determined. From the petroleum ether extract of the plant 3 (n-tricosan,
n-pentacosan and sitosterol), diethylether extract 2 ( sitosterol
and an unknown one), and 80 % methyl alcool extract 3 (adonitol,
adonivernith and orientin) compounds are isolated. For the identification
of these compounds chemical, chromatographic and spectral
analysis are employed. After the identification on thin later chromatography plates
with the Rf values, all the compounds have been determined with
their mix-chromatography, mix-melting points and IR, NMR, UV
and Mass spectra.
The cardioactive heterosides have been only determined with the
aid of thin layer chromatography. The studies to isolate these compouds
are not succeeded.
The quantitative determination of cardioactive heterosides has
been made with a polarimetric method. From this determination the
cardioactive heteroside content of the plant has been found to be
0 . 2 % .
