AMELİYATHANEDE ÖRNEK YÖNETİMİ GÜVENLİĞİ: ULUSLARARASI REHBERLERİN İNCELENMESİ
Öz
Hastalıklarda doğru tedavi protokolünün uygulanması doğru tanılama ile mümkündür. Bunun için örnek yöne-tim sürecinin güvenli yollarla gerçekleştirilerek, yanlış tanılama riskinin en aza indirilmesi gerekir. Patoloji örnek yönetimi, ameliyathanede hasta güvenliğinin sağlanmasında önemli bir rol üstlenir. Patoloji örnek yönetim süre-cinde dikkat çeken önemli diğer bir ayrıntı ise çalışan güvenliğinin sağlanmasıdır. Patoloji örneği ve kullanılan ko-ruyucu solüsyon biyotehlike arz eder. Olası risklerin önlenmesi için ileri düzey çalışan güvenliği uygulamalarının gerçekleştirilmesi gerekir. Güvenli yapılmayan patoloji örnek yönetimi yeni planlamalar ve iş gücü gerektirir, mali-yeti artırır ve tedavisi geciken hastaların durumu mortalite ile sonuçlanabilir.
Örnek yönetim sürecinin iyileştirilmesi mevcut protokollerin sürekli güncellenmesi ile mümkündür. Bu çalışma-da; cerrahi patoloji örneklerinin yönetim sürecini sistematize eden uluslararası literatürün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır
