Travmatik akut subdural hematomun hızlı rezolüsyonu: olgu sunumu

Year 2019, Volume: 2 Issue: 4, 149 - 152, 22.09.2019

Abstract

Akut
zaman gerekmeyebilir. Yakın takip ile akut travmatik subdural hematomlarda
spontan hızlı rezolüsyonun olabileceği bildirilmiştir. Boks müsabakasında
yüzüne aldığı darbe sonrası akut travmatik subdural hematom tanısı konan
hastanın 20. saat kontrol tomografisinde subdural hematomun tamamen gerilediği
görüldü. Akut travmatik subdural hematomun hızlı rezolüsyonu için
literatürde çeşitli mekanizmalar ve prediktif bulgular öne sürülmüştür fakat
patofizyolojiyi açıklamada ileri çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.

Rapid resolution of acute traumatic subdural hematoma: case report

Year 2019, Volume: 2 Issue: 4, 149 - 152, 22.09.2019

Abstract

In
neurosurgical practice, acute traumatic subdural hematoma is frequent cause of
mortality and morbidity on traumatic patient. At presence of neurological
defficits, immediate surgical intervention must be considered. On the other
hand sometimes surgical intervention does not necessery at carefully elected
cases which have relatively good neurological condition. As some researches
showed it is possible to spontaneous rapid resolution on acute traumatic
subdural hematomas under close follow-up. A patient has got trauma on his face
in a box match diagnosed as acute traumatic subdural hematoma. The subdural
hematoma completelly regressed at control cranial tomography imaging after 20 hours
of trauma. Various mechanism and predictive symptoms about rapid resolution of
acute traumatic subdural hematoma put forwarded in literature but further
studies still needed to explain true pathophysiology.
