In recent years, there have been many studies on the relationship between gut microbiota and food allergies. Dietary components and their effects on the gut microbiome directly or indirectly impact multiple domains of food allergies. The aim of this review is to evaluate the effect of intestinal microbiota on food allergies and the effects of dietary macronutrients on microbiota and food allergies.
