Journal of Innovations in Civil Engineering and Technology (JICIVILTECH) is an international, independent, and double-blind peer-reviewed open-access journal. Established in 2019 and hosted by the DergiPark platform, JICIVILTECH serves as a global forum for the dissemination of original research and review articles in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, geomatics engineering, and environmental engineering.

The journal is published twice a year (June and December) and accepts high-quality scientific studies prepared using qualitative, quantitative, experimental, and analytical methods. Our mission is to promote the exchange of innovative scientific knowledge and support technological advancements in the built environment.

Peer Review Policy

JICIVILTECH ensures scientific integrity through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process:

·        Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

·        Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation to ensure maximum objectivity.

·        The Editor-in-Chief makes final publication decisions based on reviewer recommendations and the scientific contribution of the work.

Open Access and Licensing Policy

The journal adopts a fully open-access model, making all published content freely available without any subscription or access charges.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

There are no submission, processing, or publication fees. JICIVILTECH is a non-profit academic journal and does not request payment at any stage of the publication process.

Plagiarism and Originality

·        All manuscripts are screened using iThenticate or similar plagiarism detection software prior to peer review.

·        Only original and unpublished works that are not under evaluation elsewhere are accepted.

·        Authors are responsible for the authenticity, ethical compliance, and integrity of their research.
