Dinamik Koni Penetrasyon (DCP) Deneyi ile Sathi Kaplamalı Güzergahlarda Zemin Özelliklerinin Değişiminin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Türkiye’de en yoğun kullanılan karayolu kaplamalarının başında sathi kaplamalar
gelmektedir. 67333 km uzunluğundaki Türkiye karayolu ağının 39333 km’si sathi
kaplamalı yollardan oluşmaktadır. Sathi kaplamaların performansı alt tabaka
koşulları, dizayn, yapım, malzeme vb. gibi pek çok faktörden etkilenmektedir.
Granüler temel üzerine yapılan sathi kaplamaların yük taşıma kapasiteleri olmadığı
için bu görev temel ve alt temel gibi tabakalar tarafından yapılmaktadır. Dolayısı ile
sathi kaplama performansı üzerinde bu tabakaların oldukça büyük etkisi
bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada beş farklı sathi kaplamalı güzergahta belirli aralıklarla
DCP (Dinamik Koni Penetrasyon) deneyleri gerçekleştirilerek sathi kaplamalı
üstyapılarda temel ve alt temel tabakasındaki taşıma gücü değişimleri belirlenmiş ve
güzergah performans indeksleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır.

Determination of Change of Soil Properties on Chip Sealed Roads by Dynamic Cone Penetration (DCP) Test

Abstract

One of the most widely used road pavement in Turkey is chip seals. The length of
67333 km road network in Turkey consists of 39 333 km is chip sealed road
pavements. The performance of chip sealed road pavements are influenced by many
factors such as sub layer conditions, design, construction, material etc. Since the
surface coatings on the granular base course don’t have load bearing capacities, this
task is carried out by layers such as base and sub-base layers. Therefore, these layers
have a great effect on chip sealed road pavement performance. In this study, DCP
tests were carried out at five different chip sealed test roads and the bearing capacity
changes in the base and sub base/subgrade layers were determined and compared
with the route performance indices.
