Şeker Üretiminde İstatistiksel Proses Kontrol (İPK) Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı şeker üretiminde İstatistiksel Proses Kontrol (İPK) ile sürecin kontrol altında olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla Orta Anadolu Bölgesinde bir şeker fabrikasının üretim sürecinden toplanıp kalite kontrol laboratuarında incelenen numunelerden elde edilen veriler kontrol çizelgeleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Fabrikada şu anda düzenli numuneler alınarak sürecin takibi yapılmakta, elde edilen değerlerde aşırı bir değişim gözlendiğinde sürece müdahalede bulunulmaktadır. Fakat sürecin genel seyri izlenmemektedir. Kontrol çizelgeleri ile sürecin genel seyri izlenebilecek ve sürece erken müdahale şansı doğabilecektir.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) in Sugar Production

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the process is under control in sugar production by Statistical Process Control (SPC). For this purpose, the data obtained from the samples taken from the production process and analyzed in the quality control laboratory of a sugar factory in the Central Anatolian region were analyzed with the control charts. Regular samples are taken at the plant and the process is followed. When the values obtained are observed to be changed excessively, intervention is made. But the general pattern of the data is not followed. By the help of control charts, the progress of the process can be monitored and the possibility of early intervention may arise.
