Dijital iyi olma sistemlerinde kullanıcı geribildirim analizi

Abstract

Günümüzde dijital bağımlılık(DiB ) akıllı cihaz kullanıcılarının karşı karşıya kaldığı yönetilmesi gereken bir tehlikedir. DiB, saplantılı ve sorunlu bir şekilde internet kullanımı davranışıdır. Son yıllarda dijital-iyi olma kategorisinde kullanıcıların bağımlılığını ve iyi-olmalarını yöneten yazılım sistemleri geliştirilmektedir. Bu sistemlerin ne derece ve iyi-olmanın hangi açısından iyi-olmayı yönettikleri bilinmemektedir. Bu araştırma, adaptif yazılım kalitesini iyileştirmek için kullanıcı geribildirimlerini analiz etmektedir. Dijital iyi-olma yazılım sistemleri ve bu sistemlerin gerçekten iyi-olma ve mutluluk ile ilişkili olup olmadığını ve bu sistemlerin mutluluğu ne derece yönetebilecekleri irdelenmek üzere sistem kullanıcısı açısından araştırma yapıldı. Yazılım sistemi kullanıcı geribildirimlerinden otomatik toplanan büyük hacimli geribildirimler mutluluk ve iyi-olma çerçevesinde nitel araştırma yöntemi ile analiz edildi. Literatür, kültürel değerlerin de kullanıcı geribildiriminin şekillenmesinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu nedenle, konum bazlı ve Türkçe, Türkiye konumlu geribildirimler ayrıca analiz edildi. Android’de çok popular olan Space ve Google Well-being DiB yazılım uygulamalarının kullanıcı yorumları nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden tematik analiz ile analiz edildi. NLP (Doğal Dil İşleme) algoritmalarını Google Well-being incelemelerine ve Space incelemelerine uygulanarak dökümanlar arası benzerlikler tespit edildi.Sistemlerin iyi-olma yönetimini iyi-olma ve mutluluk faktörleri çerçevesinde tam olarak karşılamadığı tespit edildi. Araştırma sonucunda dijital iyi-olma sistemleri kullanıcı açısından gruplandırıladı ve mevcut durum ile ilgili bir tematik harita sunuldu.
