Demiryolu endüstrisinde akıllı ulaştırma sistemleri ve Türkiye’deki uygulama örnekleri

Abstract

Ulaştırma insan ve toplumlar üzerinde sosyal ve
ekonomik anlamda önemli bir yere sahiptir. Ulaştırmanın etkili bir biçimde
kullanılabilmesi akılllı ulaştırma sistemlerinin adaptasyonu ile
mümkündür.  Diğer ulaştırma alanlarında
olduğu gibi raylı sistemlerde de akıllı sistemler kullanıma devam etmekte ve
hızla gelişimini sürdürmektedir. Raylı sistemlerde tren istasyonu, demiryolu
hattı, araç üstü ekipman ve merkezi yönetim alt sistemlerinde akıllı ulaştırma
sistemleri uygulama alanı bulmaktadır. Tren kontrol ve sevkiyat, müsteri
servis, acil kurtarma ve yönetimde akıllı sistemler mevcut altyapının ve
üstyapının güvenli, verimli ve etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasına olanak
sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada demiryolu endüstrisinde kullanımda olan ve
geliştirilen temel akıllı ulaştırma sistemleri incelenmiş ve ülkemizde
kullanımları değerlendirilmiştir.
