ATROFİK POSTERİOR MANDİBULANIN İNFERİOR ALVEOLAR SİNİR REPOZİSYONUNU TAKİBEN İMPLANT YERLEŞTİRİLMESİ VE PROTETİK REHABİLİTASYONU

Abstract

Atrofiye olmuş posterior mandibulada alveolar kret tepesi ile inferior alveolar sinir arasındaki mesafe azalmış olduğundan uygun boylarda implantların yerleştirilmesi zorlaşmaktadır. Bu gibi durumlarda uygulanabilecek tedavi seçeneklerinden biri inferior alveolar sinir repozisyonu tekniğidir. Bu teknikle ilgili oluşabilecek olası komplikasyonlar sinir disfonksiyonu, enfeksiyon ve oluşabilecek kırıklardır. Bu yazıda repozisyon tekniği uygulanmış olgu sunumu ve protetik rehabilitasyonu yer almaktadır.
