AKUT APİKAL ABSELİ DİŞLERİN TEK SEANSTA TEDAVİSİ* EFFECTIVE ONE-VISIT THERAPY FOR THE ACUTE PERIAPICAL ABSCESS.

Abstract

Özet

Bu yazıda iki adet akut apikal abseli dişin tek seansta tedavileri anlatılmıştır. İki genç hastada, akut apikal abseli, üst yan keser dişle üst orta keser dişin ayrı ayrı kanalları, temizlenip, sodyum hipoklorit ve hidrojen perokside yıkanarak genişletilmiş ve o seansta kök kanalı yoluyla drenaj sağlanmıştır. Her iki dişin kanalı da La-terai kondansasyon yöntemi ile "Calcİobiotic Root Cana! Sealer"la doldurulmuştur. Dolgudan sonra hastalara beş gün için antibiyotik verilmiştir. 24 saat sonra ve bir hafta içinde hastaların şikayeti olmamıştır, iki senelik kontrol sonunda periapikal lezyonların tümüyle iyileştiği, radyografilerde izlenmiştir.

Abstract

Two cases were presented involving acute periapical abscess. The teeth were treated using a single-visit endodontic protocol. None of the patients treated according to this protocol experienced exacerbations of presenting sings and symptoms after treatment. At the two years recall appointment, they were asymptomatic and snowed radiographic evidence of complete healing.
