Bu araştırmada doğal başpostürüne dayanan Sınıf I, Sınıf II, Sınıf III ortodontik düzensizlik gösteren olgulara ait sefalometrik filmler üzerinde basit ve klinik açıdan pratik olan beş açısal ölçümlü sefalometrik analiz yöntemi tanıtılmaktadır. Ortodontik düzensizliklcrintamtılmasında klasik sefalometrik analiz ölçümlerine ek olarak uyguladığımız Y-FH, 1 - FH, PgNA- FH, AB-FH, 1 -FH açısal ölçümlerinin bireylerde yanlış yorumlara meydan vermeden tanı ve tedavi yönteminin belirlenmesinde gerekli olduğu kanısındayız.

In this study simple and clinically practical

factor cephalometric analysis that is based on natural head posture is described in patients with Class I, Class U, Class III malocclusion.

For identifcatton of orthodontic malocclusions, in addition to the conventional cephalometric measurements, Y-FH, Ij-FH, PgNa-FH-l-FH angular measurements mere applied. We are in the opinion that the measurements should give true diagnoisis and treatment method without any error.
