TROMBOSİTTEN ZENGİN BİYOMATERYALLERİN ORAL İMPLANTOLOJİDE KULLANILMASI

Abstract

Son yıllarda büyüme faktörleri ve yara iyileşmesi üzerine etkilerini araştıran birçok çalışına yapılmaktadır. Pcriferal kandan elde edilen trombositler büyüme faktörlerinin ana kaynaklarıdır. Bu nedenle trombositten zengin biyomataryaller birçok klinik uygulamada kullanılmaktadır. Bu biyonıateryallcri hazırlamak için çeşitli teknikler kullanılmaktadır ve hazırlanan biyomateryallcr sıklıkla trombositten zengin plazma (PRP) olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Trombositten zengin fibrin (PRF) ikinci nesil trombositten zengin biyomatcryaldir. Bu makalede vaka örnekleri ile birlikle trombositten zengin biyomatervallerin hazırlanma teknikleri, klinik uygulamaları ve faydalarına dair bilgiler tartışılacaktır.
