Abstract

Özet

Mandİbüler vestİbüloplastilerde deri greftlemesi, uzun yıllardır uygulanan ve sıklıkla tercih edilen operasyonlardandır. Greftlemenin temel hedeflerinden birisi de vestibüler sulkus derinliğinin korunmasıdır. Uygun endikasyonları taşıyan hastalarda tarafımızdan da deri greftleri kullanılmakta ve olumlu sonuçları izlenmektedir. Sunulan çalışmada GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Diş Servisinde, mandibüler deri greftleme vestibüloplastisi yapılan 11 hastada, standart yönteme göre vestibüler sulkus derinliği ölçülmüş ve sonuçlar retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Greftlemeyi takiben altı ay boyunca yapılan ölçümler incelendiğinde, tam kalınlık deri greftlerinİn, vestibüler sulkus derinliğini % 83 oranında koruduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

Skin grafts have been used extensively in mandibular vesti-bulo-plasties. Among the several advantages, retention oj the more sulcus depth than those of the other procedures is one of the most prominent features of skin grafting. In the presented study, 11 patients undergoing mandibular skin grafting vestibuloplasty, operated at the Dental Service oj Haydarpasa Training Hospital, are follow-up for 6 monUis in order to evaluate sulcus depht retention using standardized measurement method. Retrospective evaluation of the results has revealed that 83 % of the sulcus depth which gained operatively could be retained when the full thickness skin graft was applied in mandibular vestibuloplasty.
