Çeşitli Bakterilerin Rıiampicin'e Hassasiyetleri (x)-SUSCEPTIBILITY OF SOME BACTERIA TO RiFAMPICIN

Abstract

ÖZET

154 Staphylococcus aureus, 114 escherichia, 96 proteus, 63 Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 20 achromobacter, 14 klebsiella ve 11 alcaligenes suşunun rifampisin'e hassasiyetleri disk metoduyla denenmiştir. Staphylococcus aureus suşlarından sadece 1 tanesi dirençli bulunmuştur. Escherichia suçlarından dirençli olanların sayısı 41 tanedir. Proteus suşvlannın 69 u az hassas, 27 si dirençlidir. Pseudomonas aeruginosa suçlarının 47 si hassas ve az hassas, 16 sı dirençlidir. Hassas ve az hassas suşlann sayılan, achromobacter suçlarında 7 ve 10, alcaligenes suçlarında 2 ve 8 dir. Klebsieila suçlarının 13 ü rifampisin'e az hassas bulunmuştur.

 

Summary 

154 Staphylococcus aureus, 114 escherichia, 96 proteus, 63 Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 20 achromobacter, 14 klebsiella and 11 alcaligenes strains to rifampicin were tested by the disc method. Only 1of the Staphylococcusaureus strains was found resistant. The number of the resistant escherichia strainswas 41. 69 proteus strains were moderately sensitive and 27 resistant. 47 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were found to be sensitive and moderately sensitive and 16 resistant. The numbers of sensitive and moderately sensitive achromobacter and alcaligenes strains were 7 and 10 and 2 and 8 respectively. 13 klebsiella strains were found to be moderately sensitive to rifampicin.
