Abstract

Çalışmalarımızın esasını, cerrahi kliniğimizde ameliyatla alt 3. büyük azıların çekilmesinden sonra meydana gelen post-operatif ödem'e Streptokinase-Streptodornase ve Trypsin'in tesirlerini incelemek teşkil etmiştir.

Ödem, enfeksiyon için müsait bir ortam teşkil etmekte, ağrıyı meydana getirmekte, estetiği bozmakta, normal mesleki faaliyete tekrar başlamayı geciktirmektedir. Bütün bu durumlar operatörü' de müşkül duruma düşürmektedir.
