ÖZET

Attachment'li protezler sabit ve hareketli olarak kullanılmaktadır.

Vakamızda, central ve lateral dişleri mevcut olan hastaya, tek parça döküm köprü yapılmış kanin gövdeler üzerine de fabrikasyon yuva oturtulmuştur.

Yazımızda yuvanın modelajı, dökümü ve sürgünün yapımı ile parsiyel protezin lehimleme tekniği geniş bir şekilde izah edilmiştir.

Kabul etmek gerekirki, pek çok avantajları yanında semi ve precison attachment'ler estetik ve kullanışlı protezlerdir.

SUMMARY

Internal attachment prothesis can be used as fixed and removable partial denture.

In our case, one piece casting bridge was constructed for the patient who has central and lateral teeth and the factory made female attachments were seated on the cuspid pontics.

In our article, waxing up casting procedures as well as soldering technique involving the female attachment and the partial denture prosthesis have been described in detail.

The fact is that besides many advantages the semiprecision and precision attachments are esthetic and usable dentures.
