Abstract

ÖZET

Bu araştırmada, "Albino Wistar" tipi 25 adet "Rat" kullanılarak, "Endomethasone", "N2" "Tr-SPAD" dolgu maddelerinin yumuşak dokulara etkinlikleri histolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Rat'ler üç gruba ayrılarak sırtlarına deri altı bölgesine dolgu maddeleri yerleştirildikten 1 hafta 1 ay ve 3 ay sonra, histolojik kesitler hazırlanmıştır. Yapılan incelemelerde, her üç dolgu maddesinin de ilk hafta içinde, yumuşak doku rekasiyonlarına neden olduğu izlenmiştir. Üç ay sonunda, reaksiyon normale dönmüş, her üç dolgu maddesi kıyaslandığında, "Endomethasone" a karşı olan doku reaksiyonlarının daha çabuk azaldığı görülmüştür.

SUMMARY

Wenty five "Albino Wistor Rat" was used in this study, In the subcutaneous connective tissue of each animal following sealers were placed, in individually prepared skin pockets: "Endomethasone", "Tr-SPAD" and "N2"  The specimens were removed at varying intervals and the surrouding tissue was prepared and sectioned for microscopic study. The first group was observed for a period of one week, the second group for a period of one month, the third group for a period of three months.

In this study, the tissue response to the materials tested varied from slight inflammation to severe inflammation coupled with edema. As the materials remained in situ longer, the degree of inflammation lessened with all materials. The three months specimens showed no inflammation at all.
