Bir Darbe ile Yerinden Oynayan Dişlerin Tedavisi

Abstract

SONUÇ:

Darbe etkisiyle yerinden oynayan dişlerin hasta tarafından hemen o anda yerine itilmesi tedavi bakımından büyük kolaylık sağlar. Fakat dişin yerine konmuş olması tedavinin tamamlandığı anlamına gelmez. En mühim mesele pulpanın canlı olup olmamasıdır. Bu şekilde kendi alveol boşluklarına yerleştirilen dişer hassasiyet testleri ile 1,5-2 ay kontrol edilmelidir. Pulpanın canlı olmadığı kesin olarak anlaşıldığında kök kanalı tedavisi yapılmalıdır.

SUMMARY

As a result of an injury the two upper central incisors of a 23 year - old university male student were in the oblique position toward the palate. The patient pushed immediately the teeth in question to their normal alveolar position. He applied to our clinic fourty days later, and as a result of the first examination the roots and crowns of both his upper central incisors were found to be normal. The test bearing on cold, heat upplications as well as pulp tester showed that the pulp of the upper left central incisor was necrotized whereas that of the upper right central incisor was vital. Therefore this case was considered as being worth to be reported.

The root canal treatment of the upper left central incisor carried out and followed up for a period of two years. Meanwhile the pulp of the upper right central incisor remained vital without any calcification; the periapical tissues of the upper left central incisor were found to be normal.
