Abstract
ÖZET
Tam protezlerde ölçü almadan önce ağız hazırlığı, protetik tedavinin önemli ve gerekil olan ilk basamağıdır. Destek dokularla beraber, T. M. Eklemin, çiğneme kaslarının, dil, yanak, dudak gibi çevre organların da anatomik, fizyolojik ve biyolojik açıdan yeni bir protezle uyum sağlamasını ve güçlendirilmesini amaçlar.
Bildiride cerrahi hazırlık işlemlerine değinilmeden, bu amaçla uygulanabilecek farklı tedavi yöntemleri ayrı ayrı açıklanmakta, yararlanılabilecek maddeler tanıtılmaktadır.
SUMMARY
Prepration of the mouth before impresion making is the first and important prerequisite of the prosthetic treatment.
This treatment aims the compability of the denture with surroundding organs such as T. M. J., masticatory muscles, tonque,cheeks, lips, as well as with supporting tissues in respect to anatomical, physiological and biological considerations.
In the menuscript, various treatment methods that could be applied for this purpose have been explained and materials to be used have been presented without expressing necesssary probable preparatory surgical procedures.
