Mars apareyi, iskeletsel II. sınıf düzensizliklerin tedavisinde başarı ile kullanılan ve hasta işbirliğini gerektirmeyen sabit bir fonksiyonel aygıttır. Bu yazıda Mars apareyinin özelliklerinden söz edilerek, bu aparey ile tedavi edilen bir vakadan elde edilen klinik ve radyolojik bulgular bildirilmektedir.

The Mars appliance has been shown to be very effective in the treatment of skeletal Class II malocclusions. It is a fixed orthopedic device which does not need the patient's cooperation. The purpose of this article is to present the clinical and radiological results of one case treated with this appliance.
