Alt büyükazı dişlerinin distolingualinde konumlanan ilave kök “radix entomolaris” olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu olgu
bildirisinin amacı “radix entomolaris”in epidemiyolojik ve anatomik özellikleri hakkında klinisyenleri bilgilendirmek ve kök
kanalı tedavisindeki klinik önemini tartışmaktır
