İMPLANT CERRAHİSİNİ KISITLAYAN DURUMLAR VE CERRAHİ KOMPLİKASYONLAR

Abstract

Dental implant uygulanacak bölgenin belirli miktarda ve kalitede kemik dokusu barındırması gerekir. Kemik dokusunun
yetersiz olduğu durumlarda kemik greftleri ve/veya yönlendirilmiş doku rejenerasyonu prosedürleri uygulanmaktadır.
İmplant uygulaması sırasında anatomik yapılara özen göstermemek, dikkatsiz veya eksik cerrahi uygulamalar ve planlama
hataları komplikasyonlara yol açabilmektedir.
