ALT ÇENE KONDİL KIRIKLARI VE TEDAVİ YÖNTEMLERİ

Abstract

Oral ve maksillofasiyal cerrahide büyük bir öneme sahip olan çene kırıklarının tedavisinde uzun yıllar boyunca birçok
yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Oldukça geniş bir tedavi yelpazesi içeren çene kırıklarında kondil bölgesi kırıklarının tedavisi
fonksiyonel ve anatomik bozuklukların gelişimini önleme açısından büyük önem taşır. Bu nedenle yazımızda kondil kırıkları
için uygulanan tedavi yöntemlerini incelemeyi amaçladık. Kondil bölgesi kırıklarının tedavisinde kırık parçaların uygun
yöntemle fiksasyonu esastır. Kırık parçaların fiksasyonu için ise açık ve kapalı redüksiyon yöntemleri uygulanmaktadır.
Tedavi sırasında seçilen teknik ne olursa olsun minimum travma ile kırık parçalarının en sağlam şekilde fikse edilmesi ve
oluşabilecek anatomik, fonksiyonel bozuklukların gelişiminin önlenmesi hedeflenmelidir.
