DENTİN BAĞLAYICI SİSTEMLER VE HİBRİD TABAKANIN OLUŞTURULMASI

Abstract

Adeziv dişhekimliğindeki gelişmeler ile, çok aşamalı dentin bağlayıcı sistemler, uygulama zamanını ve aşamalarını azaltmak,
kullanım kolaylığı sağlamak amacıyla daha kolaylaştırılmış ve az basamaklı sistemler geliştirilmiştir. Adeziv sistemlerin esas
tutuculukları reçine monomerlerin diş dokularına infiltre olmasıyla ortaya çıkan hibrid tabaka ile gerçekleşir. Total-etch ve
self-etch sistemler ile uzun süreli ve dirençli bir bağlanma amacıyla kaliteli bir hibrid tabaka elde etmek için dikkat edilmesi
gerekenler bu makalede anlatılacaktır.
