Prof.Dr. Hüseyin Gökçekuş (Faculty of Water and Environmental Engineering, Near East University, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Youssef Kassem (Energy, Environment and Water Research Center, Near East University, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) are serving as Guest Editors for this issue.
