Abstract

There may be a shallow vestibular problem in patients with cleft lip and palate. For ideal implant rehabilitation, an adequate stable and healthy soft tissue are required. The aim of this case report was a treatment of inadequate attached gingiva around the implant in the patient with cleft lip and palate.
