Dear Readers,

Happy New Year and welcome to 2016! It has been a privilege to serve you as the Editor-in-Chief for Journal of Military and Information Science (JMISCI) for three years. Serving as the Editor-in-Chief is not only an honor but also a responsibility to keep JMISCI up-to-date with the latest changes in the field of military and information science.
