If one of the reviewers’ reports states that the
article "cannot be published" and the other reviewers’ report states
the article "can be published", the editor sends it to a third
reviewer, and the responsible author is notified of this result via e-mail or
journal platform.
If one of the reviewers’ reports states that the
article needs "editing" and the other states that the article
"cannot be published", the editor reviews the article once more.
After this review, the editor either cancels the whole process or sends it to a
third reviewer and the responsible author is notified of this result via e-mail
or journal platform.
If at least one of the referee reports states that the
article should be "corrected", the article will be sent back to the
author with both of the referee reports via e-mail and journal platform. At
this point, the author is requested to complete the editing on the article
within one month and upload the edited article to the journal platform.
The author uploads the edited article to the system
and the reviewers’ review the article again and state their opinion within four
weeks.
If the reports coming from the reviewers’ state that
the article "cannot be published", then the author is notified of
this result by an e-mail and journal platform, and the article is taken out of
the review process.
If the reports coming from both reviewers’ state that
the article "can be published", then the author is notified of this
result by an e-mail and journal platform, and the article gets taken into the
publication alignment.
The reviewers upload their review reports about the
articles within a four-week period.
The uploaded article(s) are taken into a review by the
editor for seven days with respect to content, form and publication policy. The
articles that are not in line with the policies are not reviewed any further
and not redirected to the reviewers. The articles that are in line with the
policies and successfully pass the preliminary review are directed to editorial
board and to list two reviewers by the editor.
