Abstract

In this paper, we first introduce the concept of single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets (SVNSESs for short) which combines single valued neutrosophic sets and soft expert sets.We also defineits basic operations, namely complement, union, intersection, AND and OR, and study some related properties supporting proofs.This concept is a generalization of fuzzy soft expert sets (FSESs) and intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets (IFSESs). Finally, an approach for solving MCDM problems is explored by applying the single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets, and an example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method
