INDUSTRY 4.0 and TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS

Abstract

The concept of Industry 4.0, which is used to define the fourth and last phase of the industrialization process, refers to a technology-intensive process that aims to ensure that digital data, software and information technologies work in interaction with each other by planning the common working areas of all units that are in relation to production. For this reason, this study has also made the necessary literature reviews and touched upon the historical processes and distinctive features of the industrial revolutions that have changed and developed from the past to the present, and then ended with the results and recommendations section by giving information about the main subject of the article, Industry 4.0 and technology components. This study is a compilation study that aims to guide people who do new studies and readings on the subject. The information obtained as a result of the research has shown that the use of Industry 4.0 technology components is increasing both in the business world and in the literature, and this technology affects daily life and the world of production by increasing flexibility, quality, speed and efficiency in production. The suggestion made in this direction is that gathering Industry 4.0 and technology components under a general roof and conducting research as a whole will contribute to understanding the process and increasing its development.

SANAYİ 4.0 ve TEKNOLOJİ BİLEŞENLERİ

Abstract

Sanayileşme sürecinin dördüncü ve son evresini tanımlamak için kullanılan Sanayi 4.0 kavramı üretimle ilişki içinde olan tüm birimlerin ortak çalışma alanlarını planlayarak, dijital verilerin, yazılımların ve bilişim teknolojilerinin birbiriyle etkileşim içinde çalışmalarını sağlama amacı güden teknoloji yoğun bir süreci ifade etmektedir. Bu nedenle bu çalışma da gerekli literatür taramaları yapılarak geçmişten günümüze kadar değişim ve gelişim gösteren sanayi devrimlerinin tarihsel süreçlerine ve ayırt edici özelliklerine değinilmiş daha sonra ise makalenin temel konusu olan Sanayi 4.0 ve teknoloji bileşenleri hakkında bilgiler verilerek sonuç ve öneriler kısmıyla sonlandırılmıştır. Yürütülen bu çalışma konu hakkında yeni çalışmalar ve okumalar yapan kişilere yol gösterme amacı güden bir derleme çalışmasıdır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen bilgiler ise hem iş dünyasında hem de literatürde Sanayi 4.0 teknoloji bileşenlerinin kullanımının giderek artmakta olduğunu ve bu teknolojinin üretimde esneklik, kalite, hız ve verimlilik artışının sağlanmasıyla gündelik hayatı ve üretim dünyasını etkilediğini göstermiştir. Bu doğrultuda yapılan öneri ise Sanayi 4.0 ve teknoloji bileşenlerini genel bir çatı altında toplayıp bir bütün olarak araştırma yapılmasının süreci anlama ve gelişimini artırma konusunda katkı sağlayacağı yönündedir.
